On July 1, 2020, Cedarville Engineering Group, LLC purchased Berner Construction to expand our ability for self-performance in environmental remediation. Berner previously provided a full range of construction and environmental-related services to both private and public sector clients for over 15 years. Berner’s extensive experience includes environmental services at marine facilities and airports; installation of utility and security systems at U.S. ports and border crossings; and relocation of millions of cubic yards of earth in the reclamation of abandoned strip mines, and construction of active and passive water treatment systems. By integrating these services with the array of Construction Management and Inspection services that we provide for our clients in the federal, state, and local infrastructure markets, CEG has evolved into a premier Design-Build firm. We continue to provide value through innovation and self-performance, now within a wider range of services.
